NAKSHATRA PORUTHAM IN VASTU

Vastu Astrology: How to find the Nakshatra of your Land/Site/Building?

We can calculate the Janma Nakshatra (Birth Star) of the constructed buildings through the Vaastu Astrology. You need to multiply the value of "Dhruva Padam" by 8; and the multiplication value must be divided by 27. The Nakshatra that is mentioned against the "remainder value" that are provided under the below mentioned table is the Janma Nakshatra of your property.

Example 1:  Let us assume that your Area of your construction site is 2400 square feet (40 feet length x 60 feet width). The "Dhruva Padam" value of your Land site is 266 (already, we have seen the method to calculate the "Dhruva Padam".

Let us multiply the "Dhruva Padam" by 8:

266 x 8 = 2128

*Go to the Link to find the methods to calculate the "Dhruva Padam" How to calculate the "Dhruva Padam?"

Let us divide the multiplication value by 27.

2128/27 = Quotient is 78 and the Remainder value is 22.

Results: In the table, the Star "Satabhisha" is mentioned under the "Remainder Value = 22". Hence the Janma Nakshatra of the site with 2400 square feet is "Satabhisha".

Thus the person who construct buildings on the site that has 2400 square feet in area, will be burdened with a large family.

Nakshatra Porutham (or) Nakshatra Matchings of the site:

The Value of the numbers counted from the Janma Nakshatra of the Landowner till the numbers counted up to the Janma Nakshatra of the Landsite should be divided by 9. If the value of the numbers counted (or) the remainder value is 2, 4, 6, 8 (or) 9, then there exists Nakshatra Porutham (or) Nakshatra Matchings between the Janma Nakshatra of the Landowner and the Janma Nakshatra of the Landsite.

Example 1:

1. Let us assume that the Janma Nakshatra of the Landowner is Hastha Nakshatra and Kanya Rasi.

2. Let us assume that the Janma Nakshatra of the Landsite is "Satabhisha".

3. Let us find out the "Nakshatra Porutham" between the Hastha and Satabhisha.

Look at the below mentioned Chart:

The value of the numbers counted from the Janma Nakshatra of the Landowner @ Hastha Nakshatra till the Janma Nakshatra of the Landsite is 12. The Value 12 should be divided by 9

12 / 9 = Quotient 1; the Remainder value is 3. Since the remainder value is 3, then there is no "Nakshatra Porutham" between the Landowner and the Landsite.

Example 2: Let us assume that the Janma Nakshatra of the Landowner is "Sravana" and the Janma Nakshatra of the Landsite is Kiruthiga. Look at the below mentioned chart.

Here the total value of the count from the Janma Nakshatra of the Landowner to the Janma Nakshatra of the Landsite is 9. Hence there is "Nakshatra Porutham" between the Landowner and the Landsite.

Results:

Level 1. The owner of the building would prosper, if both the results of the Nakshatra is benefice; as well as there is "Nakshatra Porutham" between the Landowner and the Landsite.

Level 2: If there exists "Nakshatra Porutham" between the Landowner and the Landsite, despite having malefic results mentioned under the Nakshatra.

Level 3: The Landowner will not prosper, if there are no "Nakshatra Porutham" between the Landowner and the Landsite; and also having malefic results mentioned under the Nakshatra.

How to test the Income & Expenditure of your constructed Building?

We can calculate the Income of the constructed buildings through the Vaastu Astrology. You need to multiply the value of "Dhruva Padam" by 8; and the multiplication value must be divided by 12. The Remainder value from the division is considered as the "Income" of the building that are constructed on the site.

Let us divide the multiplication value by 12.

2128/12 = Quotient is 177 and the Remainder value is 4.

Here the Income of the buildings that are constructed on the site is 4. Please find the following results under the "Income Test"

1 = Unexpected Improvement in the Life
2 = Strong financial position.
3 = Good status and the Reputation
4 = Strengthening of movable & immovable assets.

We can calculate the Expenses of the constructed buildings through the Vaastu Astrology. You need to multiply the value of "Dhruva Padam" by 9; and the multiplication value must be divided by 10. The Remainder value from the division is considered as the "Expenses" of the building that are constructed on the site.

Example 2:  Let us assume that your Area of your construction site is 2400 square feet (40 feet length x 60 feet width). The "Dhruva Padam" value of your Land site is 266 (already, we have seen the method to calculate the "Dhruva Padam".

Let us multiply the "Dhruva Padam" by 9:

266 x 9 = 2394

Let us divide the multiplication value by 10

2394/10 = Quotient is 239 and the Remainder value is 4

Here the Expenditure of the buildings that are constructed on the site is 4. Please find the following results under the "Expenditure Test"

1 = Collateral damages to the Property
2 = Damages and Fire accidents in the building
3 = Happy family relationships and remaining wealthier.
4 = Good children
5 = Lavish and wasteful expenditures
6 = Average Lifestyle
7 = Egoistic lifestyle
8 = Good financial position; but facing health troubles
9 = Less than average lifestyle
0 = Unexpected death.

Results:

1. We get 4 in the Income Test, which guarantees good movable and immovable assets.

2. We get 4 in Expenditure Test which guarantees Good children.

3. Since we get equal results out of both the "Income Test" and also the "Expenditure Test", then the native who stays (or) lives in the house would face expenses equalling the income @ the native would be able to manage the expenses; but may not be able to strengthen the financial position.

Important Note:

1. The value out of "Income Test" should always be greater then the value obtained from the "Expenditure Test"

2. If the value of "Income Test" is greater than the value of "Expenditure Test", then the malefic results obtained out of "Expenditure Test" gets nullified @ the natives need not worry about the malefic results obtained under the "Expenditure Test"

In the Vastu Astrology, we are going to see "Matchings" (or) "Porutham" between the Land and the native, who owns it. That is, we are going to find the various aspect of the native's life, while living in a particular Land site (or) the buildings constructed on it. Here the "Dhruva Padam" is the very important factor for many of the calculations under the "Vaastu Astrology"

How to calculate the "Dhruva Padam"?

Let us, calculate the "Dhruva Padam" using an example. Let us assume that the Land that a native is supposed to construct a house is 60 feet in width; and 40 feet in length.

1. Let us calculate the Area of the Plot:
Area of Plot:

60 feet x 40 feet = 2400 square feet

2. Divide the Area of the Plot by 9: The Quotient from the division is considered as "Dhruva Padam"

    2400/9 = 2400 - 2394 (266 x 9 = 2394) = 266 (Quotient) and 6 (remainder)

Hence the value of "Dhruva Padam" for this particular plot is "266"

In the next posts, we are going to find various results happening in the life of the natives, by living in this particular site by using the value of "Dhruva Padam"
